Warranty information


All returns or refunds on products are return to base. cost of shipping is paid by buyer (if the item is faulty you will be refunded). We provide a warranty on all new items under normal use as long as the faulty item is returned to us for assessment (see item for warranty period, if not specified it is 1 year).

We normally send a replacement and pay for the price of post if the item was faulty. if you want a refund because you changed your mind the item must be in new condition with all original packing materials and a 20% fee will be charged for restocking.
