These are some of our most frequently asked questions regarding orders, shipping, returns and other things.
1. What is your return / warranty policy?
All returns or refunds on products are return to base. cost of shipping is paid by buyer (if the item is faulty you will be refunded). We provide a warranty on all new items under normal use as long as the faulty item is returned to us for assessment (see item for warranty period).
We normally send a replacement and pay for the price of post if the item was faulty. if you want a refund because you changed your mind the item must be in new condition with all original packing materials and a 20% fee will be charged for restocking.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We do, our checkout has prices for worldwide shipping enabled.
3. What shipping service do you use?
All items are sent by courier or tracking post with NZpost or Passtheparcel:
We ship out items 1-2 days after payment clears, and tracking info is sent as soon as items are posted. If an item is delayed we will inform you asap.
4. Do you allow pickups?
We do, but you would have to arrange a time by emailing us.
5. How safe is your payment system?
It's very safe because our website is on the shopify system, and payment options are handled by paypal.
We offer 3 ways to pay, just choose which suits you best in the Checkout
Bank Deposit and Internet Banking
If you don’t have a credit card you can deposit payment for your order directly into our ASB bank account. We check our bank account for new payments every day but depending on your bank it can take 1–2 business days for your payment to appear.
You’ll receive instructions on how to make payment through an email after you have placed an order. To ensure that we can process your payment asap, please follow the instructions carefully and include the invoice number as a reference with your payment.
If you have a PayPal account you can proceed through the Checkout by clicking the “Checkout with PayPal” link.
Credit Card online
You can pay with a credit card through paypal. You can use an existing account or make it a one time payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
