The screen, keypad, case, screen, and battery have been replaced and internal parts have been repaired (where needed) and therefore this phone feels and functions like new

It wont work with newer networks like skinny, but for 2degrees it works great

it may seem a bit expensive but refurbishing a phone can take many hours (each phone must be stripped down and each part is tested/ cleaned/ replaced until it is in perfect condition) so the price reflects this.
